TOBIZ returns to MOUZ as head of talent development

After a year as the head coach of HEROIC, TOBIZ returns to the MOUZ fold.

MOUZ have announced that former MOUZ NXT coach, Tobias "TOBIZ" Theo has returned to the organization to undertake a new role as head of talent development, reinforcing the organization's academy efforts.

"He will contribute to both our player scouting and the mentoring of our young players and help strengthen our position as the best academy in esports," a statement by MOUZ read.

The announcement sees TOBIZ return to the organization he represented from 2022-2025, during which time he served as a coach for MOUZ NXT . The Dane departed in 2025 to take over as HEROIC 's head coach.

During his time with HEROIC TOBIZ oversaw several significant rebuilds of the playing squad, helping each iteration return to the top 20 of the VRS. The highlight results of his tenure include a victory in DraculaN Season 5, a second-place finish in CCT Global Finals 2026, and a top-four finish at CAC 2025. HEROIC also attended IEM Cologne Major during TOBIZ 's stint.

With TOBIZ 's addition, MOUZ are expanding upon an academy project that has already been one of the most successful in Counter-Strike. In their history MOUZ NXT won a plethora of WePlay Academy League titles, a number of tier two and three online competitions, and more importantly promoted numerous players to the main squad.

"I'm super happy to be back home again," TOBIZ said in a statement. "Working in a new role as head of talent development, where I get to help and grow the next generation of players, excites me a lot! The amount of effort MOUZ is putting into talent development is on another level and I am grateful to play my part in it."
