Through five games this season, the most rushing yards any player has gained in a game against the Jaguars was 39, by Broncos running back Jonah Coleman.. That makes the Jaguars the first team since the 1970 AFL-NFL merger not to allow an opposing player to rush for 40 or more yards in the first five games of a season.

The last team not to allow a 40-yard rusher in the first five games was the 1969 Cowboys.
